GREEN CHILLY (G4)
Green chilis are the best kitchen ingredient to bring a dash of spiciness to recipes. The fresh flavor and sharp bite make them a must in almost all Indian dishes. This particular green chilly variety is big.
Wash and dry them. Gently pull out the top stem. Throw out the spoilt ones as the famous saying goes- “one rotten spoils the whole pack”, in this context quite literally. Keep them in a container and refrigerate.
Chilies have a wide variety of uses since it is a popular spice and seasoning. Can even be powdered to flavor the food. Used to prepare chutneys and other snacks.
