CHHOLE MASALA
CHHOLE masala, also known as channay, chole masala, chhole masala, chhole or chholay, is a dish originating from the Indian subcontinent. The main ingredient is a variety of chickpea called chana or kala chana. They are half the diameter of typical chickpeas with a stronger flavour and texture even after being cooked.
Chana Masala is flavored with coriander powder, red chilli powder, dry mango powder, cumin powder, fenugreek powder, dry ginger powder and other savory ingredients. Suitable for vegetarian. Serve with roti, naan, chapathi, basmati rice or any other way you desire.
